Ehee, by Evinco Labs

An AI support layer
for a mental health helpline.

Being developed with MINDCo to support helpline intake, triage and handoff to counsellors — keeping the context of each conversation connected.

The context

Support takes more
than a conversation.

A mental health helpline needs more than a conversation: understanding a request, deciding where it should go, and keeping the right context available to the people involved.

Ehee began with that wider picture. Its concept brings together intelligent intake and triage, risk-aware routing, counselor workflows, and the operational infrastructure that connects them.

The aim is to make software useful within a human support process. That means considering what happens before a handoff, what information continues with it, and where a person needs to take over. Ehee is being developed around those relationships.

The approach

Keep the thread.

Conceptual workflow — in development

  1. 01 / Intake

    Understand
    the request.

Intelligent intake and triage are intended to help structure incoming information. The purpose is to support the next step in the process, with attention to the context of the request.

  2. 02 / Handoff

    Support
    the handoff.

Risk-aware routing and human takeover are part of the concept. Ehee is being developed to support people as they review and respond, rather than present AI as a replacement for mental-health professionals.

  3. 03 / Continuity

    Keep context
    connected.

Pseudonymous continuity and counselor workflows are intended to help relevant context persist through the process. Pseudonymity is a design approach to continuity; it is not a promise of complete anonymity.

People remain involved

Software supports
the work.
People remain part
of the process.

Counselor workflows and human takeover are central to Ehee’s intended approach. The work includes considering the infrastructure around those interactions, not only the intelligence within them.

Ehee is still in development. Its role is to support intake, context, and human workflows as the concept moves toward a deployed product.

Where it began

A concept with
a next chapter.

Ehee originated as a hackathon-winning concept at the BML × MINDCo hackathon in 2026. It grew from the founders of Evinco Labs building together around a real problem.

Evinco Labs is now partnering with MINDCo to develop Ehee further toward deployment. The focus is the product as a whole: intake, handoffs, continuity, and the operational work that makes them useful.

Ehee remains in development. We welcome conversations about its direction and the support infrastructure it is intended to serve.
